While I was picking up a few trees for a customer of mine I couldn't help but notice a line of 5 gallon Portulacaria Afras hanging out. I also saw a Jade with a trunk thicker than my arm that I wanted so bad. I brought home this little guy and have been dreaming about the cuttings that I'll take when I prune her back.
Here is a closeup of the trunk with my average-sized finger for scale.
I noticed that there is more foliage on one side of the plant (as seen below) and rotated the plant so that it'll get more sun on the other side. I'll let it grow out a bit and then prune it back once I have a bit more even growth.
I'll update with some photos of the new trunk and cuttings.
